Helen Bice
Grant Administration, Office Management
RESPONSIBILITIES
Helen serves as LBR's Grant Administrator for all federally and
state funded projects and as Office Manager. Her direct responsibilities
include in-house bookkeeping; project documentation; client services;
and daily project administration duties.
EXPERIENCE
Helen's expertise, attention to detail, and close working relationships
with FAA and OAC Project Managers, Sponsor's representatives, and
construction Contractors are invaluable to the successful execution
and completion of our projects. She has been associated with LBR
on a full-time basis since 1991.
Prior to 1991, Helen served as Executive Secretary to the Director
of Pharmacy, St. Anthony Hospital. While in college, she worked
in the Pathology Laboratory of St. Francis Hospital in Wichita,
Kansas.
