RESPONSIBILITIES

Kevin serves as President of LBR Inc. As a management team member, he is actively involved in the daily operation of the firm and decisions affecting long-term objectives. His direct responsibilities include marketing, client relations, contract negotiation, project management and coordination and construction management. Kevin's personal involvement in most phases of each project provides a single point-of-contact for our clients.

EXPERIENCE

Since joining LBR Inc. in 1991 (then Leard Bice & Associates, Inc.), Kevin worked under the direct supervision of Terry Leard, P. E., until his retirement, and has been placed in increasingly responsible charge of engineering and engineering related projects.

His experience as Engineering Inspector for the City of Stillwater Public Works Department, while a student at OSU, involved Construction Management and Inspection for all public works projects.

Kevin also served LBR Inc. (then Leard & Associates) while a student at Oklahoma State University, as Resident Inspector during construction of a runway extension project and during Terminal Building renovations at Stillwater Municipal Airport.

While with the Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma, as Community Development Director, Kevin was responsible for the preparation of grant applications and coordination of Housing Rehabilitation, Community Service, and Drainage Control programs through the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

He served as an Engineering Technician with the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, where he was a soils Laboratory Technician and Construction Inspector.
