In addition to airport design, we offer services that include preparation and submittal of all pre-grant documentation required by the Federal Aviation Administration and the Oklahoma Aeronautics Commission.



Pre-Grant documentation includes, but may not be limited to, preparation of:

• Capital Improvement Plan (CIP)
• Letters of Intent (LOI) with project schedules
• Federal Administrative Requirements (FARs), consisting of:
  • Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Programs and updates
  • Form 7460-1 for airspace utilization analysis (Airspace)
  • ACIP Data Sheets
  • Environmental Coordination
  • Cost Estimates

When projects are funded they enter the Preliminary Design Phase where we:

• Further define the project scope
• Arrange for survey, testing, etc.
• Prepare preliminary plans and specifications

During the Final Design Phase, we:

• Complete the construction plans and specifications
• Coordinate Advertising, Pre-Bid Conference and Bid Opening
• Review bid documents, prepare Bid Tabulation and Letter of Recommendation for construction contract award

The Construction Phase involves:

• Period site visits
• Resident Inspection services, if contractually required
• Materials submittal review
• Contractor's claim review
• Preparation of Request for Reimbursement from grant funds
• Final Inspection
• Project Close-out Documentation
